NFC-II 2 Kanal Plot,

Dear All
I want to purchase plot for house but will want to build house after 3 or 4 years. Please suggest with 20 to 25 lacs ruppes today where i can buy at least 1 kanal plot in good society.

If i go to NFC II should i buy 2 kanal plot today?

IEP/engineer Town is also another valid option have a look, It Lcated on Defence road [the road which Connects the Ferozepur Road with Raiwind road] V Good development it has already about 30 Complete or under construction Houses but not many people yet living there, 3 to 5 ys time will be correct time to make house there, Its price on reasonable locations is from 18 to 20 Lac and one Kanal Plots are 45 X 90 ie 18 merla each. Though approach wise This society is not as Good as are the societies on Raiwind road.
In this budget one can also try in Lake view, avery well devloped society on Raiwind but about 14 KM from thokar

mr gillani in this budget u can buy one kanal plot in lda avenue1 on riwind road in possession area.its best for after 3 to 4 years.rates will be very high after 3,4 years.after 3 to 4 years u can compare the rates of lda avenue with dha.it is best for both house and investment after 3 4 years.this is my honest advise.

Dear Friends.

Construction of Main road from Valancia to Khyaban e Jinnah is in progress. Once the 150 ft. road from IEP is extended to Valancia through T I P & other two societies IEP will have an excellent access. Unfortunately T I P has not been able to start development inspite of the fact that it was launched more than 20 years ago.
