Friends, when applying for DHA phase 6 MB commercial, keep one thing in mind that Phase 6 MB goes all the way to burki road. The portion of MB along the top edge of P-Block in phase 7 is also part of Phase 6 MB and not phase 7. So if you apply for an MB phase 6 commercial, I feel you should not be shocked if you get a plot on this P-block stretch of Phase 6 MB. So please make sure you get more info on this before applying.
Ignore my opinion if DHA explicitly announces that by PHase 6 MB they mean only those parts of MB touching phase 6 blocks A B H J.

I think all these could be possible locations for 8 Marla MB facing.
1) Corner plot of larger size may be reduced to 8 Marla commercials on DHA 6 MB in B H J blocks.
2) DHA 8 X block 2 kanal plots may be converted into 8 Marla MB plots. Since they are on DHA6 MB DHA may call them DHA6 MB 8 Marla commercials.
3) From Berki road to Grid station next to P block on MB DHA Lahore has some land available. DHA may cut some 8 Marla MB facing there.
A 8 Marla commercial plot on installments on MB DHA 6 facing any where in any block will be worth min 3.75 to 4 crore from day one after the ballot. DHA Lahore is offering it for just 1.7 crore only.
