I was interested in applying for DHA ballot for either Phase V - 10 marla or Phase VI - 1 kanal in A,B,H,J blocks. It seems that the location for Phase V 10 marla will be on the back side of B-block & some odd-sized plots in D-block. In Phase VI, the only possibility seems the area near Lidhar village in A-block. I went onsite to take a look at the locations and these are definitely not the best areas of these phases. After looking at the locations and finding out the current plot prices in similar locations, I have finally decided not to apply.
