Some things that just came to my knowledge today.
DHA may hold ballot soon after booking closing for all phases including DHA5 ext DHA 9 5 and 10 marla only.
Two new blocks are added in DHA town to accommodate 5 marla and 10 marla.
DHA may adjust all files of DHA 8 Parkview kanal and 10 marla in DHA phase 7 all developed and under development blocks. People should start getting notification in this regard in next 90 days.
About 120 plots of DHA 6 commercial MB plots of size 8 marla on installment will be allotted in front of P block of DHA 7. It is highly recommended that all visitors of this website apply for these DHA phase 6 commercial 8 Marla MB plots. Try your best to apply for facing MB commercial plots only.
This info is not 100% confirmed. No buying or selling based on this unconfirmed info. Just sharing what came to my knowledge from a good source. Info could be right and wrong and is just a market gossip at this stage. If its not true dont blame me for sharing it with you. Shared this info just to help you. I dont own any plot in any of these phases and I dont have enough free funds to apply any plot in any phase so it dont help to give you any wrong info.

Some days ago, it was told that DHA will do the application-procedure and ballot of P#5-EXT and P#9-One-Kanal both together after this current application-procedure and ballot.
How come now they are changing their mind even without asking the applications for p#5-Ext? |

Also, I have only copies of mine and spouse's NICOP copies. They are not attested. Will they accept the Application with unattested copies?

Javeed bhai your copies dont have to be attested. It was an old rule. Now DHA accept photo copies without attestation. We are LAKEER KEY FAKEER so it was not changed in form.
unattested copies are just fine. We submit unattested copies every day to DHA and DHA no longer require attested copies.

I highly appreciate your efforts for updating non-resident Pakistanis.
I purchased a plot in Phase7 in 2008 which is still lower than its purchased price. My plot was changed twice by DHA - I am purturbed as to why they are changing my plots. Their letters just saying 'because of problems'.
How can they change my confirmed plot twice when I have a plot number with a letter of allotment in my name? Do you thing it is justified?
