To sum up your thoughts (based on rumor mill) on above subject:
1. No. of plots available for MB are probably higher (120 or so in front of Phase 7 P Block) than those at Phase 8 CCA1/CCA2.
2. Rate of profit/own is also higher for Phase 6 MB plots.
Correct me if I am wrong on above.
If we assume rumor about 120 plots is not correct, than number of 8-marla plots in Phase 8 CCA1/CCA2 will probably be higher? How many plots roughly i.e. tens? Some of them have already been allotted.

I think everybody applying for phase 6 MB 8 Marla plots. Maybe few
people who has conection inside DHA they will get plot other people
only pay processing fee to DHA for buy more land.
I should advise people go for phase 6 8 Marla Facing Residential Plot because they have more chance to get the plot. |
