Do u think the demand of 5 marla house is justified 50-52 lacs (45cost+5 lacs for renovation+transfer charges and ala bla expeses which around 7 to 10%)in poluted and traffic jam area?. I can say one of my friend want to sell his double story 10 marla house in just 63-65 lacs since last six months but he is not getting a serious offer. I just want to put this question that if u will have to buy a house how much u want to pay then decide the demand.
Any way we visitor of this valued forum pray that u can sell at ur demanded price. |
