I am bit Cofused If DHA Town 5 Merla File in 9.5 then How DHA is OfFering 5 Merla Plot on Installments in 10 Lac and also it includes development charges

Habib bhjai If DHA sell their plot at 5 lacs or 15 lacs you or me cant stop them.
At booking time for Shuhda these same plots were sold by DHA Lahore at 4.75 lacs including development charges but now there are buyers that happily pay 14 to 17 lacs for same plots of 5 marla.
Its your choice to apply now or buy later after tha ballot. But keep in mind on cash these plot sell at higher rates so you will have to pay very handsome amount for installment plots profit after the ballot. |

My Doubt is Clarified,
I guess development charges on these 5 Merla "Files" is still not Clear....
BUt DHA 5 Merla Plots are with development Cherges
is it Correct? |

Yes you are right. On files development charges amount is still not know and expected to be 2.5 lacs. But for ballot plots of 5 marla price of 10 lacs is with development charges included. |
