I was reading the application form for ballot and on DHA website. Can you please confirm that how do you know that phase IX 5 Marla plot prices are including development charges? I am sorry but i could not find any where which categorically describe this statement. Please guide?

Till to date all installment plots in DHA Lahore were offered with development charges included. No where on application its written in this ballot they are not included in price. DHA could not offer 10 marla in phase 9 at 25 lacs without development charges. All plots are with development charges included from phase 1 to phase 9.
