Thanks for yours reply to my previous post.

Now I have one more query to make.

- In your opinion, what will be the price of 8 Marla commercial Phase 6, but facing residential side and what is the expected no. of these plots, which may be included/offered in the ballot?

I believe, there is more chance of being successful in ballot for plots facing residential side (if both sides have equal no. of plots) as compare to MB side, but vice versa, gain will be exuberant on MB side, compared to other.
