hi, so bahria come up with new plan to collect money by offering 8 marla plots. Down payment is 157k so intended target MIGHT be DHA ph9 5marla offer. This offer leaves some serious doubts, first doubt is bahria doesn't has finalized layout plan, i got layout plan from bahria by EMAIL but it looks strange or fake as there is no proof on the page that it is their official plan. Why bahria offered 8 marla offer, is it that they failed to get good response FROM previous offer and now came up with B plan. I m not against bahria but i just want to share my concern .

I have personally contacted Officers of Master plan cell CDA and they informed that Bahria Enclave islamabad project is without any permission from CDA. In fact this project falls within Zone 4, which is not meant for private housing schemes. This is a big scam and some big CDA officers are also involed in this fraud. Bahira town do not own the land. The land belong to some one Mr.awais. Its location plan as adverised in the press is also wrong. its origional location is far away from cda project. Please contact Master plan Cell of CDA for factual position and guide the public. |
