Regarding "DHA Lahore Offers Residential and Commercial Plots On Installments", Can you kindly list down your top three Choices to apply. A common person like me doesn't know which category is suitable for investment.

Umer..Honestly if you claim that you don't know which category is suitable for investment, you should not be indulging in such blind gambles in the first place. Real estate investments pay off when you have a good knowledge of the various aspects of the property you are planning to invest in.

However, if you are determined to try your luck, I will suggest you should do your homework. Instead of asking someone to list 3 choices, why don't you read each and every post on this forum starting from July 1 and you will get lot of answers to your questions.

To me Only 2 Choices are good
1 5 merla in Phase 9 in 10 Lac
2 8 Merla on DHA 6-8 Main Bluvard in 140 lac

Next good investment at this stage is DHA 9 Knal File,

My own assessment is DHA has acquired quite Good Land in Phase 9,10 area Though it might not be Smooth as we see in DHA 6,7, It will be interuupted, by Villages and non possession areas. I Think Fate of DHA 9 is decided it will be a mixture of 5,10 Merla and Kanal plots. Which is actually toooo good for Investors.
My feelings is most of the people participating in ballot will get Plots Rather DHA will amke master plan Based on interest of people in these applications.
Holders of DHA 9 Files may also Listen good news soon.
Note: This is purely my own assessment no DHA insider etc is involved
