Few days back somebody tell me about this site, personaly i appreciate the efforst of site hosts, they are delivering in real sense.
I request to all propersty experts and specially the man of property mr. cmy sahib please tell me the way to apply for DHA 9, 5 marla plot in a simpl way and is it safe investement and whats the announced dats.

Why to apply for DHA 9 5 marla.
People are shadaie of installment plots of any developer and plots is on installment in DHA Lahore they are happy to pay good premium on booking prices. DHA 9 5 marla on cash is available only at 14 to 17 lacs. DHA Lahore is giving 5 marla price at lot lower price of just 10 lacs in 3 years installments.
You will make pay order for Rs 155500 in the name of DHA Lahore ballot. You will fill application form on 8.5x13 inch paper in black ink.

Its my understanding from this website that 1 kanal in DHA-9 is available at around 26.5 lacs (total cash cost). How come then 5 marla sells for up to 17 lacs cash? Please take this is as a genuine query, not an unnecessary criticism. Thanks. |

Your is a million dollar question Mesfer! Let me explain. The 5 marla plots are in DHA Town already under advanced stage of development ( to be handed over in December 2012) and the plot numbers and maps are avalable.
DHA 9 kanal are just files as we speak. But in long terms say after 2/3 years then difference of plot and file willdisapear and only location would be the deciding factor. |
