Dear CMY (or anyone else with the right info), is it true that attested CNIC copy is not mandatory for applying in the DHA Ballot and a simple photocopy is acceptable. It is particularly difficult for Overseas Pakistanis. Kindly confirm one way or the other.

People in Pakistan should get photo copies attested and overseas Pakistanis should not worry too much about attestation.
