Its my understanding from this website that 1 kanal in DHA-9 is available at around 26.5 lacs (total cash cost). How come then 5 marla sells for up to 17 lacs cash? At this cost, one should be able to get 10 marla rather than 5 marla.
In view of above, 10 lacs for 5 marla appears ok, but not cheap. Please take this is as a genuine query, not an unnecessary criticism. Thanks. |

DHA town Lahore has a map and is under development and all ready allotted plots here with development charges are sold at 14 to 17 lacs on cash. |
