I am stying abroad and i need my father birth certificate and nikah-nama from pakistan ,trere is no record in district councle where he was born. Is any body know where to apply for birth certificate and nikah-nama and what is the process if there is no recored for birth cerifitace and nikah nama.
he has apakistani passport and NIC.

I do not know the purpose. If you need these for visa/immigration purposes, then an affidavit attested by a Notary is good enough.For nikah it should be from two different persons who can certify that they attended this marriage and so and so was married to so and so on this date at this place. Similarly about birth certificate to say that from personal knowledge so and so was born on this date at this place. You might have his birth date on his NIC Card. |
