@Farooq: I hope not (another Bahria Ph-9). Like BM mentioned, you should be able to get a plot in open market w/o any premium. if someone asking for it, he/she is cheating you. Once Bahria shows progress in development in nxt 6-8 months, yes there will definitely be premium otherwise its a loss for everyone who applied (including me).

@Farooq, not sure if this is going to be another Phase 9 and Awami Villa but after so much doubts and lies by BT in their ads about its location and CDA NOC, personally I wont suggest my friends to invest in this scheme in current country crisis.

@AK, are you saying that Bahria does not have NOC? How about new ad they had couple of days back with NOC number?

Please read my comment again. I said they lied about NOC in the beginning when people called in asking NOC status. They said all land has been purchased which is not correct and NOC was acquired which is also incorrect. CDA is still not confirming BT enclave NOC status.

Lets wait and see.
