why there is no discussion and comments on sector D-12 Islamabad. what is the current development status and finally is it worth buying / investing or wait perhaps the prices get down.

write if you have visited D-12 recently.

As per my understanding, investing in any CDA sector beyond 11 is not wise due to CDA's lack of interest in developing Zone II.

My sincere advise is not to buy until CDA can deliver for sure. For now the claim is that that the development will finish by Dec; however we have seen these deadlines come and go for the past several years. Your main risk to wait is that 'IF' CDA/contractor does finish the work by Dec, which is highly unlikely, the prices may shoot up even more.

As per possibility of prices going down, only Allah know for sure, but I have not seen them go down despite claims/predictions by many on this site. Overall prices in Islamabad CDA sectors are too high and very unreasonable given the current socioeconomic climate in the entire country.

Cda is the abbreviation of Chore Dikait Autharity. Please never invest in any new Cda sector. Thousands helpless people had already been died and even their children will not be able to get the possession of their plots.

My dear, the question is how CDA dare even think about starting a new adventure such as Enclave when it has failed to complete D-12, E-12 development even in 22 years.

The question is why authorities, law enforcement agencies, bureaucrats, judges and politicians are salient. Enclave drama is happening in front of these authorities. How come they let CDA do it? Why not they ask Mr. Elahi, chairman CDA to open his eyes and pay attention to D-12, E-12 first, before thinking about any other project.

I would say that supreme authorities of the country must bring to a halt CDA’s new project and don’t let it got unless until these stalled sectors are developed.

CDA is rich. Just in this fiscal year 2011-12, CDA is going to make Rs13 billion from the sale of plots in different sectors.

As i understand, though slow, D-12 development is in progress.It is not for common people interest but simply because in D-12 big guns have plots.CDA is not intrested in the development of E-12 because they can not milk more out of nearly dead cow.
Gentelman as some one suggested we have to submit a joint rit petetion in supreme court of pakistan if we want CDA to take some action in E-12
