I need to know the development cost of : DHA Islamabad Phase 2 Extension 1 Kanal File Seller(S)At 6.60 Lacs.

Can it be paid in instalments?

Is it a good investment?

What sectors should I look at for buying a certificate?

14.50 lacs

Buy only cheap sector as they will be re balloted in future when a new map is given.

Yes its a good investment. Keep in mind first buyers paid 38 to 42 lacs for same file that is available to you for just 6.6 lacs.

I purchased a file in DHAI phase 2-extn. I have paid all the developement charges which are Rs.600,000/ in three years equal installments. Have I to pay Rs.850000/- more to make them 14.500 lacs?

That means approximate cost of the file will be 6.6+14.5 = 21.1 Lacs.
I was advised that older files with serial number less the 6000 are being sold at old development charges of 6 Lacs. However these are all dues paid files. I have a seller for all dues paid file in Sector K and J for 16.5 lacs, isnt it more feasible to invest in that? Need your advice.

Dear All, please include 5K for file to testify, 10K agents commission & Paper work(affidavit etc) plus another 50 to75 K for membership, transfer fee etc. Altogahther it is going to be more than 22Lacs. But still it is going to be a very good deal.
