If I want to make short term investment in DHA plot or file, do I have to get it transferred to my name after paying all the dues to DHA? or can i have open papers with out transfer to save that money?

Ahmad Cheema sahib In DHA Lahore there is nothing like open file. All files or plots must be transferred in your name. Transfer fees and Govt taxes are paid for each transfer in DHA Lahore.
