PROJECT I-15 was started five years ago to provide housing to low-income people in Islamabad. When all the allotees had deposited 90 per cent of their dues, all of a sudden CDA announced that it was unable to work on the project as the cost of construction had increased.
Now there is no hope of any development work in the near future. It is requested that either development should be started or, if that is not possible, allotees should be provided housing in another sector or their money be returned. It was the CDA that violated the contract and it is its responsibility to compensate those affected.

CDA must adjust plots in I-14 or at least I-16 and same thing with the Flats, must be alloted in these sectors too. someone from Islamabad should file a petitions in S Court. People should not get a refund after 6 years as CDA has used that money for their project |
