DHA is offering 4 M commercial plots on installments in Phase - 6 D Block in 75 Lakh. Previously these are none. CMY is requested to comment on its prospects ie. what is the likely future if one makes investment. Considering only tomorrow is left for applying please respond in time

Better, if possible, go for an 8 marla commercial plot (Facing 210 ft. road) in sector "C" of BTL. Prices of commercial plots at this location are appreciating rapidly. Further if you opt for construction of Plaza on this plot you will get good rent for it.
