DHA phase 6 7 marla plots are worth Rs 43 to 45 lacs. These 7 marla are not near J73.

One kanal plot near J73 is worth rs 80 lacs today.

Can you please ellaborate the ownership title available in Askari 10, either registery is available or not. If not available tentativly by when this should be available and in case some one buys home on power of attorney what is the legal safety.
