Any news about DHA parkview files ballot?
Do we need to wait another 5 years????
What dha is doing in this regard, plz update, if you have any?

I am sorry at this point I dont have any good news about DHA Parkview ballot.
I have heard DHA is trying it best to solve Parkview files issues and either do a ballot or adjest these files in developed plots of DHA phase 7. DHA may give you option soon to convert your files into developed plots of DHA 7 against 10 marla and one kanal files of Parkview.
I promise to update all friends asap when and if any new information is available to me.

@ CMY,
What is your take (pure hypothetical at this stage)if DHA gives plots in phase 7. On paper it looks like a better deal. But at the same time I do not see it reflected in the price of the file as it is still available for 1.95M. |

KAR bhai you may be missing development charges. development charges must be paid by file holders and most likely in installments. Also at this stage its too early to say where in DHA 7 DHA Lahore admin have enough plots.
If they give you plots in extension areas than it wont make much difference in prices. But if you get plot in R or P you hit the lotto.

Can you plz advise the PV file holders, whether to hold the files or sell and invest somewhere else?
