I have Some retirement money of 10 million.
Want to buy four plots to keep them for some time and then re sell. What will be the best choise. Is commercial is better than residential?

Javed Sahib, I am not expert but from my experience. Commercial is always easy to manage rather than residential. A running commercial with some rental income is best as it will hold its value and would add the value after some time....There are more risky players here who play blindly and often slips....So take less risk and invest wisely....GOOD LUCK....

Javed bhai go for 4 nos. 10 Marla residential plots in Sector "C" of Bahria Town Lahore.

Ofocurse, 10 Marla residential plots are good, you can consider 6 or 8 Marla commercial plot facing 210 foot road, as well.

Tahir Ali's option is good If u need some monthly income.
Otherwise don't put all your eggs in one basket and purchase 4 or 5 plots in Lahore / Islamabad. You can sell one or 2 plots if u need money.

dear javed sahib, purchase a 5-marla commercial plot at 210-feet road bahria town lahore sector-c. this is best investment at this time. regards
