All friend are informed since last 4 days there are no files of DHA 5 ext or DHA phase 9 in market. Files have disappeared in market and not available at any price. We have several buyers but no files seller with us or market. Look for sharp rise in prices in coming days for all files and plots.
DHA Lahore phase 6 7 8 plots are also extremely hard to confirm and many sellers are not selling plots after we give them good offers. It is strongly suggested that you complete your pending deals asap as prices will increase sharply once again and may mess up your on going deals.
