I am interested to get some updates on the Jasmine Block of Sector C, like how many houses are already constructed and how many families are living there. What about facilities like electric, gas and water etc. And finally which block is better is sector C to buy and build a house. thank you

Dear Talha, just to give you an idea about how fast Sector C is getting populated.I had bought Gardenia 1 (Gulmohar) almost 10 months ago and only one family was residing there at that time.Today 25 family units out of 40 are occupied with full hustle and bustle of life around.A small commercial nearby is operative, minimal power outages, plenty of water with good pressure BUT no gas supply yet though Bahria has arranged rapid delivery of gas cylinders at your door steps.To me construction activities appear much faster in Sector C than in B. |
