The info I got from my sources says to date is telling me over 90% applications for residential plots are for 5 Marla plots in DHA Lahore phase 9. Also over 95% applications for commercial plots are for 8 marla DHA 6 MB commercial as highly recommended here by Lahore Real Estate in past few days. Looks like many friends excepted our suggestion and applied for these plots.

This means that there will be a lot of competition for 5 Marla residential phase 9 plots. Let's hope all LRE website visitors get it. :) I wasn't expecting balloting to be so soon. It's good in a what we will know soon and if we don't get the plot atleast we will get our money refunded in August hopefully.

Fingers crossed. This is my first time trying something in propery with the recommendation from CMY bhai. Gold bless him.

DHA Lahore Ballot For Installments Plots
May sources are saying ballot will be held on July 30,2011 or first week of Aug 2011 for newly offered plots on installments.

DHA Lahore phase 9 plots of 5 Marla and ten Marla will be alloted in currently under development area of DHA town Lahore.

Refund checks mailing for all unsuccessful people will start the next day after the ballot.

There will be impact on MB facing 2 kanal plots of DHA8 only. There will some impact on Mb commercial as well but at this stage its hard to estimate as we cant see the high tension poles and lines yet. many people are not comfortable and are not applying in 8 m MB any more so I could guess there will be impact but cant predict how severe at this stage.

Thanks CMY sahib. yea i read your post before about ballotting on or around 30th August but at that time it was not confirmed and i was doubtful seeing the delays which happens in Pak.

Cant wait for Next thursday Now.

Dear CMY Sahib, Thans anlot for keeping your clients informed about the balloting date for the newly applied installment plots.Please let me know if possible that what are the chances of getting plot in phase 6, I have applied for one plot in phase 6.
