They are offering a buy back deal from the owners of the shops. The location is being in process to buy a company from UAE to build a hotel.letters were sent to owners.

On the other hand, another beutiful high rise building on Main Bulevard near Hafiz Center is in making. "Bulevard Heights" is almost complete, final touch on finsihing work is ongoing.
