Dear CMY, is there a market for the 'Perchi' of MB 8Marla or Ph-8 CCA1/CCA2 8-marla comms also? These were the other two hot cakes for the ballot.

No Perchi for commercial plots. Only DHA 9 five marla perchi trading in market. I again request you to avoid buying selling these Perchi of bookings.

Actually CMY has explained earlier elsewhere that there are buyers in the market for the bank receipts of Ph-IX 5 marla applications. From his previous post, I umderstand the offered price is 25k plus your down-payment. However, as advised above, he recommends not to sell yours.

Number of applications for 5 marla are probably less than number of available plots and that is why ppl who know this fact are offering a premium of 25k to 5 marla applicants. This may not be the case for commercial plots where i guess applicants exceed the number of limited plots available. Perchi guys are not playing dumb they have fair calculation behind what they are doing
