You get one percent commission to sell a property. what do you do to help sell it. Do you advertise . do you put any for sale signs on the property.How do you attract buyers. just wondering.

Most of property dealers try to keep buyer and seller away from each other. I have a personal experience recently. I purchased a plot at higher rate, actual owner got 1 lac less and dealers got that undue profit in addition to 1 % commission from both sides. I think it is unfair on part of property dealers who are getting a very fair fees otherwise from both parties. |
