Rate diff between DHA-5 ext and DHA-9 will not be more than 5lacs.

Total Planning may be 5 to 6 investor start buying files thats why the prices increase just wait for 10 to 15 dayz once they stop buying and sell all the files the rates automatically fall down.

Turki sahib they may sell their files only if you agree to pay transfer cost of 1.35 lacs for each file.

Those days are gone when investors use to buy sell files. Transfer cost is prohibitive for that kind of short term gains.In 99% cases an allocation file deal must be completed in less than 48 hours that include a transfer in DHA too.

There are 1000s new buyers that never knew there were any one kanal plot files in DHA Lahore. They just become aware of this great opportunity to buy only after looking at DHA Lahore ads in newspapers for installments plots and after discussing among them self where to apply in all possible categories.

Keep on dreaming for next many years that prices will stay lower at the great purchase price they were selling last week . You have missed the train sir. Look for a new train.

I totally agree with DHA lahore phase 9, there must be new buyers who just came to know due to advertisement and instead of applying for 5 or 10 marla installment plots, they are buying these cheap files of 1 Kanal.
It's just an awareness.

Mr Turki, you might have missed the train. But dont worry, afterall it is a Pakistani train. Wait for the moment when it runs short of fuel and stops. Good luck.
Personally I think, it will not come to the same old price again. But the sharp rise will definitely stop after few days.

Dear freinds the recent rise or buying in property is very solid. People are selling gold to buy property as gold is at all time high. People are selling stocks as they are at very high level. People from Karachi are selling their properties in Karachi in very very large numbers and moving their investment into Lahore DHA phase 6 7 8 and 9 and Bahria Town. Most of the Karachi buyers are either buying commercial plots or DHA phase 9 files as these two are easily sell able any time one need to have money.
