Lahore Real Estate could help you to get a plot here. Only about 15 units of 4 kanal are currently available. Price for fully developed ready to build plot including development charges is Rs 1.25 crore. It is a gated community with boundary wall and 24 hours security staff.

Can you please advise, whether these plots are available at installments like if I can paymnmet of 85 lakhs as down and rest as installments. can I get extact location of these country homes.

Nadeem bhai if handsome amount is paid I could try to get 6 mo to 1 year time for rest of the payment. Normally now these 4 kanal plots are on cash. Min 25% down and rest of the amount paid in 3 months time.

Keep in mind developer need to find only 15 person with 1.25 crore budget in this whole world. So a buyer should contact us soon due to very limited supply.

You will need one crore to build a house. Plot of 4 kanal may have covered/construction areas of just 5500 to 6500 sq ft.

Dr Faisal sahib for a farm house its a good price for a 4 kanal plot. You have land, you have boundary wall, you have elect water gas and you have 24 hours security and peace of mind. Country homes is free from litigation or Qabza groups etc. And this scheme is on main Badian road very close to DHA 7 and Bahria Town fully developed project on Badian road and also have bank of Punjab developed scheme in front of it.

I will say go for it. Its have to get 4 plots of one kanal together any where in DHA Lahore. Even in DHA7.
