Asslam O Alaikum,
I want to construct a house in a walled and planned society of Lahore. My total budget including cost of plot & construction is only rs35 lac. I request for honest advice n suggestions as which schemes i should look for n that also fall under my budget.

I hope, as of today, you can buy 3 nos. 5 marla plots in 40 Lakh in sector "D" of Bahria Town Lahore. Hold them for just 5 years. Sell 2 of them & build your house on the 3rd. plot. Bahria town Lahore is worth living even in a 5 marla house.
