i am interested in 4 marla commercial at some good location in DHA. Purpose is construction of offices/shops for further rent out. Investment around 70-80 lakh. I have ph 5 and phase6 MB in mind.
Please provide some guidance.

In this budget I will only recommend DHA 7 Q block commercial.
