Dear Islamabad Experts,
When we can expect development to start in G14 Islamabad?? I purchased a plot there 3 years ago in G14 / 2 but its market value is same even down.
Any effort or progress made by FGEHF or CDA to start development work in G14 / 1, 2, 3. Please share your useful information, NEWS and Views regarding development work in G14.

Survey for BUP (Build up property) is in progress after survey award for compensation will be announced by DC. Development might start in 2012.
Sector to be developed by FGEHF no role of CDA in land acquisition , award & development work. |

Bahria 1-6 Vs DHAI-II.
Development Standard/Environment: Bahria is better. No load shading.
Safety: DHAI-II is more secure.
Monthly/ Maintenance Charges: Bahria Charge comparatively more.
Delay in start of Construction: Bahria Charges are high.
Access Bahria 1-6: 3 access:1 from Isb 2 from R.Pindi
Access DAHI-II: 7 access:4 from Isb 2 from R.Pindi
Access From Islamabad : Bahria Town is 4 KM & accessible
from very busy PWD road.
DHAI-II is on main expressway
& accessible from 4 Gates.
By Laws: By laws of both are strict. |
