For people who have missed the opportunity to apply for DHA commercial plots in instalments, what is your advice? For instance, if one has a budget of 1 crore, what commercial plot investment should one aim for? Is there a chance that balloted plots will be available later in the market?
Also, can you include a summary of prices of commercial plots as a regular segment in your postings, say on a weekly/monthly basis. This will help many to learn about available commercial opportunities in a way similar to residential investments.

Number of available plots on installment will effect this price of current plots on cash and installments. Mesfer lets wait for 3 days and than we will know how many plots are allotted on installments. Only than I will be able to say what should we do next.
