How come files are suddenly available in the market?
Would you recommend buying DHA 9&10 1 kanal file now?

Last file was sold at 17.25 lacs.
Few people that wanted to sell their files for long time at higher prices are now trying to sell their files and also some dealers may be taking profits and sell files before the file transfer is due. Normally a file transfer time after deal is less than 5 to 7 days. So dealers may be trying to lock his gains for files they recently bought from clients and sold in market. If prices rise too sharply at one point a buyer is not comfortable to pay 2 to 3 lacs for same file they could have bought last weak at 15.10 to 15.25 lacs. I wish price rise was slow and steady. Sudden rise of 3 in price of DHA 9 is too much for any new buyer to digest. They shy away to buy file in panic and fear file could fall after their purchase.
It was good to see this rise. There is solid buying from genuine long term buyers and from people that were just waiting too long to get lowest prices but now have to act because price rose suddenly. After some breather or profit taking DHA 9 files will try to test next level of 20 lacs. We might see a low of 16.50 lacs and high of 20 lacs within next 30 to 90 days after seeing price of 18.25 lacs just yesterday for DHA phase 9. You should be targeting price of 16.50 lacs for next best buying target price as i believe it may not go lower than that price any more. If you will wait for lower price than 16.50 lacs you may be waiting for ever because DHA 9 is a great buy for 4 to 5 years investment even at 18 lacs.
