Many people said that DHA will return money next day after balloting but it seems wrong. plz read below:pkf

DHA starts sending refund checks from 1st day after ballot starting from first received applications first and processing approximately 1000 pay orders a day maximum depending on total number of applicants. It takes DHA 30 to 90 days to refund all applications even if there were less than 20 to 30k applicants because lot of things have to be checked. Even if DHA process 1000 refund checks it may take 60 to 90 days for thousands applicant to get refund checks mailed for each unsuccessful applicant. I think it 100% understand able that it may take 10 days to 90 days to get a refund check. DHA might allow you to get refund from bank where you submitted your applications. For majority of applicants a refund pay order is sent to mailing address on applications. .
I dont understand if a person cant wait for ust 10 to 90 days to get refund why they apply on first place.

I think when we apply for a plot in DHA, we should be ready for a wait of UPTO 3 months for refund. If u had any doubts about their credibility, you shouldnt have applied. And by the way, ballot is yet to happen. Why r u thinking just about the refund....think positive :) |

Dear CMY n Dr. Khan
U r used to this routine because u r profit takers and property is your main business. As we r doing other business so we want it to b back as fast as possible because we shall not get any benefit if delays with DHA. Do they have right to keep money for nothing? Forget the past practices in Pakistan. Think neutrally not as property agent although i regard knowledge of mr.CMY
2nd to dr.khan: i m positive but bcoz i have applied 1st time n dnt know procedures as i m relatively young : 28 years n i have earned hard money not from father:) but got good info from ur replies |
