State Life Phase 2 Lahore Land Is Not Good Development. (You can clearly see sand in these 30 to 60 feet deep pits).

Will take min 10 to 15 lacs as extra development charges just to make some roads here. If developed plot holders in state life phase 2 houses will must have at least two story basements in more than 50% plots here.

The pits might be commonly found in all the Developments (State Life 2, DHA Phase 9/10 and Ashyiana. It does not seem to be logical that members of unfortunate State Life will have now the geographical tragedy of having PITS.

Corrupt management of State life phase 2 after buying land from land owners and making the payments secretly first sold Matti than Kasoo than sand for years and years to mint money for their own pockets on expense of current holders. This caused these deep pits.

Or corrupt management bought this land that was just too deep at extremely low prices as DHA was not interested in any deep land through some dealers and corrupt management once again sold this State life phase 2 land for file holders at very high prices via their favorite few selected dealers.

No other developer allow this type of BS. NAB should catch these guys very very soon.
