Salam,

Anybody here...Can please put a light on Eden Gardens Extensions for 110,000 Lac per marla? I am almost looking their add daily in news papers...which don't tell the location or current status of the society?

More over....anybody here... had ever heard about the society called "LDA Cooperative Housing Society" near Sabza Zarscheme and Marghazar society?

I visited Eden Gardens site on 11-Sep-2011. The construction work is at complete halt. There is not a single worker on site. The construction team and machinery has been moved to some other project site. The work is stopped since last 6~7 months. This is what their own staff (two persons available in construction office) told me.
The project is already delayed for more than one year, and it seems it will take many more years to complete.

I agree with Sajjad, after visiting the location today , I confirm that Eden has closed down all construction work on Eden Gardens and moved machinery. Their contractors have run away due to non-payment. Eden is preparing to launch another project Eden Palace (?)

I would request CMY to investigate the matter and give his expert opinion. Thanks.
