Can someone explain to me what this ballot by DHA was about? Phase 9 - 5 marla and other phases like 5.commercial.....were these files or these are just one off applications that public can make and they acquire these plots?
What about the development charges on these?
When you make such an application do you only pay a deposit? or the full amount?
How much do you pay to acquire these and how much are they worth?

I applied for 5-Marla Phase 9, but could not get any. I am thankful to CMY for his hardwork and advice. It looks like number of applicants were many more than expected. |
