Salam CMY Sahib,
Hope you are fine after a tiring day yesterday. I spent almost all of my day in front of the computer in a hope of my first ever plots in DHA Lahore. Anyway now ever thing is done and dusted at least for everybody who had not any plot in ballot.CMY sahib i want to invest some money for five year... Looking in Lahore i am considering two options:
1- Few Sector D Bahria Plots?
2- Few Phase 9 1 Kanal allocation files.
Is there anything else... you think worth considering.... keeping five years in mind and obviously maximum return on investment.
Just for my knowledge can you please advice how oftenly DHA offer plots on installments in balloting like they done this time....If DHA is left with more plots then they would have some sort of plan for them?

It is strongly recommended that you gets funds ready for DHA Lahore phase 9 one kanal files.
All 5 marla on installments will sell on very good profit. So far we have buyers at 1.5 lacs profit on 1.5 lacs down payment and it will increase a lot in next few days. |
