Mr.CMY I want to get the estimated price of CCA1 D.H.A PHASE 8 4M plots right now and in 2 years?Will wait for your expert opinion.

Dear brother please wait for at least one week to see the accurate market rates. Right now its not possible to give accurate rates as we dont know how many sellers and how many buyers as most buer already applied and got these plots. There were 120 plots in CCA1 and CCA2 of DHA 8. DHA offered many plots here because DHA knew it was getting a good price here. They even converted 32 marla plot to make smaller commercials to give them to you.
I will request to people to sell their 4 marla in CCA8 asap to look gains if any.I think they will start loosing money soon as older 4 marla people will now sell plots in panic. They have larger down payments and will have hard time to attract buyers. If they suffer the new booking of 4 mara will lose charm too. Please call me on phone to discuss these type of things as most dealers wont tell you these details.They are only looking for their commission and not your interest an future of your investments.
After dust settles I will try my best to write a detailed market direction to explain impact on each phase and category . For now I am too busy answering calls for ballot results as any body that didnt get a plot want 100% assurance he was not a successful applicant. He is rechecking ballot results from all available sources.
