I got one plot in Ballot... I am an overseas Pakistani working in UAE. Currently I am on vacation out of UAE and also not in Pakistan. I shall return after EID...
What will be next steps from DHA required to complete after Ballot?
If they send any letter to my preset address, I can only get it after EID. What shall I do in this regard?
When will be 1st Installment due and other charges to be paid to DHA?
Please advise...

Nothing to worry. DHA Lahore will send your intimation letters next with you installments schedules. You should pay you membership fee of 23000 and your first installment as soon as possible after you get your intimation letters.
First installment will be within 3months of intimation letter sent date. Since there are very few plots look for intimations letter real soon on the mailing address on your applications.
