I was looking at map and it seems like phase 8 MB plots are very near to Grid station of 25Kanal and as you mentioned in your earlier posts it is very likely that prices would be effected due to these Heavy wires and poles going out from Grid station. CMY sahib by counting the manual plot numbers it seems like there are almost 75 plots at MB and almost 70 Facing residential ...Has some 8 marla plots has been allotted already or DHA just balloted few now and had saved some for future? DHA PAHSE 8 CCA1 AND CCA2 have much better location....though it would be more clear after the development.... Please comment

Due to court case from Lahore School of economics this grid station was canceled and there will be only an office of Wapda here.
Out of 70 DHA 6 Commercial MB plots only 40 was allotted. Rest may be offered agai in next projected ballot in Oct or Dec 2011 with DHA 5 ext and DHA phase 9 ballot applications.
DHA 8 CCA1 and CCA2 have 120 new plots allotted, If you didn't get a main road comm plot there is risk of losings money instead of gains. CCA 8 plots on main road should not be sold soon but for none main plot pl consider locking some gains asap. |
