First of all a tribute to CMY Sb. for running such a beneficial forum.
As per the recommendation of him, i submitted two apps for Phase9 5M and got one with the help of Allah.
i would like to ask anyone knows how much will be the development charges for PH9 5M plots and when it will be suppose to due. secondly any latest loc map for DHA Town?

Brother there is no developement charges for the Phase 9 5 marla Ballot plots. If you got your plot in the ballot on 28th July, The amount you have to pay is 10 lac in 3 years installment. You already paid 1.5 lac as booking so rest is 8.5 which will be paid in 3 years and it includes developement charges. SO be HAPPY.
I am in the same boat. I also got one due to information given by CMY sahib. I really appreciate his insight and help to website visitors. |

Thanks for kind words. I will upload D block of DHA Lahore phase 9 shortly.
Development charges are included in the price of plot. First installment will be due within next 3 months. |

True Own will be Clear after seeing the Location and typography of area,If some one is getting plot on nominal "on" that is good otherwise it is good to wait for more details. |
