Residents of RWP/ISB who might have missed DHA-Lahore commercials can consider investing in newly launched commercial plots in DHAI Phase 2 Gate 3 on main GT Road. I have visited the area; its level is higher than GT Road. Plots are already demarcated and in my opinion will be ready for plaza construction within 2 months or so. It has direct access from GT Road. It price is as follows:
4 marla: 1 crore
5.33 marla: 1.15 crore
6 marla: 1.35 crore
8 marla: 1.8 or 1.9 crore (not sure)
Only 8 marla plots face GT road. Unfortunately, there is no installment plan. After booking at 10%, cash has be to arranged within 2 or so months.
I am not an agent. Check for agents who are advertising/selling in behalf of DHA Alghurair Giga in daily newspapers like Jang (RWP) etc.
