Can you pls advise that if phase 5 ext is balleted till dec 2011( as you have mentioned in your reply)what will be aprox price of one kanal with and without development charges and will i be geting plot in M BLOCK ? pls clarify. Thanks

I have no idea what DHA plan to do. DHA could put all files in M or give you more blocks. I think plots in DHA 5 ext will sell 45 to 75 lacs depending on location. Price is with development charges.
