I know that you are a resourceful person and have insight of DHAI maters.
Can we request you to give us info of these DHA Home distance from Islamabad highway?
One of my friends got coordinates of this township but then later on these figures did not serve anything as they were some funny numbers from the Survey of Pakistan not in a normal Longitude/Latitude format.
I checked with my architect and came to know that those numbers are only useful if we get the “Reference Number” which was not given by the DHAI office? I know that DHA homes are coming up at a fast speed but their distance from Islamabad highway is still a secret.
Now having said that, if they are as close to Islamabad highway is it being said by DHAI, then having a brand new 8 Marla house in just Rs. 42 lacs is a real luxury, situated just 8 KM from the highway plus a 6 lane wide expressway to approach them.
I heard that DHAI is announcing the phase two of DHA homes and upon having known their conformed location; it could prove as a good investment.
One thing is for sure that DHAI will complete them in time to get their installments resumed from the valley customers. A township of some 3500 homes will sure change the situation in valley and also in extension. If we could get the coordinates of Homes then it is very easy to draw a line, on Google maps, from highway to get the distance even in inches!
I do not want to believe that DHAI & BT are lying about DHA home distance from the highway but then others are saying differently about this matter and your are the only hope for expats who cannot go and confirm about this! |
