Please be informed commercial or residential plots that have possession in DHA phase 1 to 6 may be transfers only when they are full paid. This is a normally practice for all plots transfers in DHA Lahore. You must keep this possibility in your mind before you buy in installment plots in DHA 1 to 6 that you have full funds for profit amount and the full amount that have to be paid to DHA for possession plot. Current owner could pay installments for possession plots if they don't want to sell their plots or don't want to build their homes. DHA may not allow a new purchasers to carry forward installments that have possession available. DHA Lahore offered plots on installments to generate funds and most likely will not allow to defer payments for new purchaser for ready plots. Keep in mind DHA town plots even non possession plots that are offered to soldiers in installments are transferable to new owners ONLY WHEN THEY ARE FULLY paid by sellers. Installment benefit is only for new winners and not for new buyers.
Plots that have no possession yet could carry forward installments for new purchasers too as DHA is already doing so in DHA phase 8.

Dear CMY sb, does Phase 6 MB Commercial has possession given already and would these also be only transferred by paying the full amount (Rs. 170 lacs) to DHA? Thanks in advance. |

This is a very important point and potentially a game changer! CMY sahib would do everybody a big favor if he can get definitive info from DHA regarding which categories in this ballot can be transferred with full payment only and otherwise. The "owns" will come down if its the case for most categories. |

DHA Lahore Phase 6 Plots Will Be Transfered
It is now confirmed from DHA Lahore all possession plots from DHA Lahore phase 1 to phase 6 will be transferred only after making full payment to DHA Lahore. Installment benefit was only for current owners and not the new buyers. A buyer must pay full amount to DHA Lahore and also pay profit amount to seller ( If any before transfer) .
DHA6 MB plots profit took a great hit of 25 lacs today alone as holders dont have enough funds to pay installments and no buyers willing to pay this large all amount at transfer. MB6 own is expected to fall greatly in near future as many deals were done by dealers/buyers expecting plots will be transferred on installments.
